- Manage the vendors (more strategically) that handle commoditised technology for Technology Engineering & Operations.
- Manage admin team includes transport and assessing moving to grab taxi corporate account plus ferry bus and for all Technology Engineering & Operations staff
- Manage inventory control team for all of the Technology Engineering & Operations staff to be smooth operation.
- Collaborate with procurement team for purchasing of all necessary IT products.
- Manage security and cleaning matters for all technical specific area including data centers.
- Support Technology Engineering & Operations staff recruitment activity together with HR.
- Responsible for technical installation arrangement including design of next round of staff in branches, client facilities, CCTV, TV complex etc in all branches and cooperation arrangement between marketing and Technological Engineering and Operations department offices to be modernized.
- Support necessary things to be less repair / damaged technical area of the mechanical device / repair as much as possible.
- Liaison and discuss with other supporting departments: engineering, security, cleaning, transport teams, etc for any issue to be smooth operation.
- Responsible to manage and improve standard operating procedure for critical production tasks to be systematic.
- Arrange necessary headcount for all sections of Technology Engineering & Operations to be enough and sufficient staff.
- Responsibility of talent development for all Technological staff and arrange & plan for the operational and HR aspects of BCP (Business Continuity Planning) for technology.
- Liaison and implement of requirement of policies implementation for Technology Engineering & Operations.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in computer science and preferred possess in MBA.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working on multiple Technology platform in project management capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to partner with technical team, business teams, control team and shared office.
• Operation Support for other non-tech hardware activities and tech contact centre.
• Need to have good Myanmar and English and to be a proactive communicator.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
