- To receive Trouble Ticket (TT) from Customer care related to Mobile (Voice, data) and IT Service errors
- To analyze and figure out the cause of errors
- Solve it or escalate to Back Office for solving.
- Find the root cause. Update and close ticket
- Make report for Ticket handling performance
