HES Health-Environment-Safety Manager

1. To liaise with certification bodies and relevant authorities in order to ensure all legislative
Requirements and standards are met.
2. To implement and enforce a safe working environment by developing all necessary controls and plan in accordance to Niosh requirement as a minimum.
3. To assist the Division Management System Manager to implement audit programs in order to ensure the system is implemented effectively.
4. To collate and analyze date pertaining to the system performance in order to ensure
continual improvement at all times.
5. To coordinate the documentation and development of the PMP with regard to the HSE
aspects of the project in order to comply with company’s policies and certification to international standards.
6. To investigate and communicate any accidents/incidents at work site and report to the relevant parties accordingly in order to prevent recurrence.
7. To attend courses and read publications in order to ensure continued self-improvement to the safety and environmental management system.

■Qualification:
1. University or collage degree
2. Experience in safety management for 10 years. (3 years as a safety managerial position)
2. Can work/travel in Myanmar, working outside Yangon.
3. No association with gangs or criminal organizations

■Ideal candidate will have:
1. Interpersonal (written and oral) communication skill.
2. High level of Proficiency in business level English (TOEIC Score 750＋)
3. Analytical, Structured and Comprehensive information processing skills.
4. Computer literacy: MS Office applications(Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
5. Safety Management experience in the following field or equivalent:
　　　　・Civil works(earth work, roadbed construction, bridge: substructure and superstructure)
・Track works(removal and installation of railway, welding, installation of turnouts/scissors crossing)
・Train station building works(railroad construction within station, construction
Of three ＋－story structure, installation of drainage system)
