Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

JOB PURPOSE
To focus on sales and customer relationship management while ensuring the right customer sourcing. To increase sales across the Home Loan products and services of the bank. To provide professional advice on loan application and procedures. To conduct end to end loan processing – from customer acquisition to document collection to disbursement of loan, while ensuring high quality loans. To manage the portfolio of existing Home Loan clients, serve new clients, prospect for new Home Loan clients in line with the Banks acquisition strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales and customer relationship management (55%)
 Acquire new Home Loan customers to expand loan portfolio
 Analyze and explore new opportunities to get potential customer
 Serve existing and new to bank customers
 Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout application and settlement processes
 Ensure that loan documents are successfully submitted for processing and followed up closely
 Explain and educate customer on Yoma Bank Home Loan product(s), application procedure and requirements
 Plan and manage schedule for customer visits and interviews
 Actively reach out to potential customers by calling up leads assigned by management
 Develop and strengthen relationships with developers and real estate agents
 Participate at all home loan related events, as needed
 Participate in daily Home Loan huddles / review meetings as required
 Conduct regular review of own portfolio to further identify new opportunities
 Introduce Home Loan customers to other Yoma products such as SMART, Payroll, HP, SME Loan etc. and redirect interested customers to the relative sales managers
 Achieve the overall monthly targets, set by management, which is in line with Sales and Service goals and objectives, contributing towards the profitability of Yoma Bank
 Apply diligence and integrity to ensure proper advisory procedures and meticulous documentation in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy internal policies, business process and regulatory requirements

Operation (30%)
 Check and verify the completion and quality of supporting documentation before submitting to the Home Loan documentation team
 Request for additional documents/ information, as necessary
 Assess the repayment capacity of loan customers
 Ensure clients remain up to date with their loan and interest repayments and comply with the Collection Procedures as required.
 Report any information or event that may affect the client’s ability to repay, immediately to management
 Perform administrative duties such as entering accurate data into individual pipelines timely
 Comply with set KPIs’ and SLA’s.

Team Work (15%)
 Provide coaching and mentorship to new Home Loan Bankers as required
 Assist in other duties assigned by management
 Raise concerns and issues to management in a professional manner and to provide/ brainstorm on potential solutions collaboratively, where possible

Education and Special Training
Essential
• Bachelor degree in Business or Other related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and internet skills.

Experience
Essential
• Minimum 2 year working experience in Sales.
• Must have experience in customer services or communication. Desirable
• Experience in the banking sales.
