Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Help manage (planning, organizing, tracking, controlling, and facilitating) initiatives to achieve intended targets and goals.
-Provide senior management and stakeholders with regular project status updates, and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met.
-Respond in a timely fashion to all enquiries/requests for product information and/or changes. Perform initial analysis to assess need for requested changes and the potential impact of these.
-Produces reports and brings recommendations to Home Loan Center Manager for guidance on decisions relating to new and existing products.
-Supplies ongoing reports and recommendations to Home Loan Center Manager for use in the pricing of new and existing products
-Works to increase the product knowledge of Yoma Bank operations (including product knowledge of Yoma Bank's competitors).
-Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results while meeting deadlines.
-Ensures familiarity and compliance with all Yoma Bank policies and processes.
-Performs other such roles and duties as may be reasonably required by the HLC Manager

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills
-Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a
compelling story.
-Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
-Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
-Excellent competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) and presentation skills
-Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
-A high energy, self-motivated individual, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision to deliver results.
-Not afraid to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes the team to do the same
Experimental mindset to drive innovation

Education & Special Training
University degree in accounting / finance / economics or otherwise quantitative field;

Experience
-2+ years of relevant experience in Myanmar financial industry
-Product analytics and/or financial analytics experience
-Commercial and business experience
-Experience in product or financial performance management

Desirable
Experience in the Banking sector is a plus

Languages
Working proficiency in Myanmar and English.
