PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESTo focus on sales and customer relationship management while ensuring the right customer sourcing. To provide professional advice on loan application and procedures. Responsible to make outbound client meetings to sell new products, to make cross-sell effort by educating clients regarding Yoma Bank’s Home Loan, and in times conduct a role to be a consultant and key sales support to the branch network in the assigned territory. To coordinate with branch personnel to actively sell Yoma Bank’s products to clients and prospects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY • Sells Yoma Bank Home Loan product to clients and prospects; identify and successfully close deals;• Able to analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports• Able to liase and strenghten relationships with developers and real estate agents• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule• Responsible for the providing a quality customer home loan experience throughout the home loan application and settlement processes. • Gathering customer financial information as well as necessary documents. • Process pre-qualification and guide customer to fully understand the product and process• Home Loan Banker must adhere the Yoma Bank’s credit policy and procedures.• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
