- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager
- Uphold the brand image of the restaurant
- Greet guests and patrons cheerfully and on the phone
- Take customers to their table and provide them with a menu
- Monitor the customer waiting list and ensuring that the needs of the customers are met while they are waiting
- Answer and attend to all customer’s phone calls, ensuring all customer concerns are met
- Co-ordinate, organise and make reservation arrangements
- Improve the restaurant’s return patrons’ rate
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Candidate must possess and be able to adhere to strict grooming standards set for the role
- Able to connect with customers/call-ins and ensure that their dining requirements are met
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
