One of our client Hotel is hiring the Hotel Manager Female (5) Posts

Develop the hotel's business plan.
- Well analysis service issue and improvement of guest satisfaction and result.
- Adaptability with organization and manage the head count (Such as recruitment, training and supervision staff)
- Make ensure to clean the hotel area.
- Ensure planning maintenance work, events and room booking.
- Well handle customer complaints, queries and keeping the customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining statistical and financial record.
- Well knowledge in managing budgets.

Job Requirements

Any graduate and more preferable with Diploma concerning hospital Management and Business Management.
- Over 3 years experience in related field.
- Extended experience in tourism field and well known in hospitality management especially in Food & Beverage.
- Good personality and expertise in communication, conceptual skill and problem solving skill.
- Good English and computer .
