An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Planning, marketing, coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities.
• To assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the hotel Operation
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the management to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, Guest Satisfaction tracking feedback &
action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
• Inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, expiry etc) with Operation Department
• Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
• Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
• Any other Adhoc assigned Job for Hotel Operation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Must have about 5 years experience in hotel management and Sales & Marketing.
• Age between 35 to 45.
• Must have excellent communication skills, be motivated
• Good Presentation Skills & professional in appearance.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Can use Software)
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
• Must be able training conducting to all of subordinates.
• Able to work under pressure.
