Job Description

Checking carefully all booking have been confirmed.
Checking cancellation policy of the hotels and following up with hotels on a regular basis
Sending back reservation status or information to sales person.
Recording all the bookings in the tour system
Pr-checking services before client’s arrival
Reporting to Reservations Manager in case of real problems (waiting list,FOC,cancellation fees,)
Advising or solving problems in case of difficulties.
Inputting all data accurately into the system.

Job Requirements

Good command in English
Any University graduate
2 years’ experience in reservation field.
Detail oriented, can use PMS System.
Ability to work at international standards.
Accurate and well organized.
Strong communication skills.
Service minded.
