- Shopping malls, Office towers နွင့္ condominiums အစရိွသည့္ project ေနရာမ်ားရိွ Customer မ်ားကို မိမိTeam ႏွင့္ cleaning service ေပးရန္။
- ရံုးခ်ဳပ္၊ Customerမ်ားႏ်ွင့္ Cleaning Attendants မ်ားၾကား Main Contact Person အျဖစ္ Service ေပးရန္။
- Cleaning Attendants မ်ားကို customer မ်ား၏လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားနွင့္ ရံုးစည္းကမ္းအတိုင္း သင္ၾကားျပသ Supervise လုပ္ေပးရန္။
- Daily, Weekly , Monthly working schedule မ်ားအတိုင္းလုပ္ကိုင္ရမည္။
- Customer ၊ ရံုးခ်ဳပ္နွင့္ မိမိ၏လက္ေအာက္ငယ္သားမ်ားအၾကား အဆင္ေျပေျပ နွင့္ အလုပ္ျပီးစီးေစရန္ ညိွနိႈင္းေပးနိုင္ရမည္။
- HR နွင့္ ပူးေပါင္း၍ site အသီးသီးရိွ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား လိုအပ္ေသာ disciplining, counseling , evaluation and appraisal, training မ်ားကို စီစဥ္ေပးရမည္။

- Housekeeping- Hotel မ်ား၊ Serviced apartment မ်ား၊ commercial cleaning companies (ျပည္တြင္း၊ ျပည္ပ)တြင္လုပ္ဖူးျပီး အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္၍ ဦးေဆာင္ဦးရြက္ျပဳနိင္သူ၊ တာဝန္ယူလိုစိတ္ရိွသူမ်ား ေလွ်ာက္ထားနိုင္သည္။
- Housekeeping attendant သို႔မဟုတ္ မည္သည့္ေနရာတြင္မဆို သန္႔ရွင္းေရး (Public Area attendant) ၂ နွစ္လုပ္ဖူးသူမ်ားျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အနည္းဆံုး ၁၀တန္းေအာင္ရမည္။ ေန႔ ၊ ည ဆင္းနိုင္သူမ်ားျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အသင္းအဖြဲ.ဲႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရပါမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္း အေပၚစိတ္၀င္စားသျူဖစ္ရပါမည္။
- Teamwork ေကာင္းျပီး under pressure တြင္အလုပ္လုပ္နိုင္ရမည္။

- Supervisor ( OT နွင့္ အရည္အခ်င္းေပၚမူတည္၍ လစာ ၂၀၀,၀၀၀ က်ပ္မွ ၂၇၀,၀၀၀ က်ပ္) အတြင္း ရရိွမည္။
- အရည္အခ်င္းနွင့္ အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္လွ်င္ Senior Supervisor, Assistant manager, Operation manager အစရိွသည္ျဖင့္ အဆင့္ဆင့္ ရာထူးတက္နိုင္ရန္ အခြင္႔အေရးမ်ား ရိွသည္။
