Job Requirements

Technical Requirements-

OSS fault management concepts and Telecom domain
Knowledge of ITSM portfolio and ITILv3 framework
Experience in mapping customer process into Service manager based on industry best practices
Understanding of Service Manager architecture
Experience of configuring all the modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, SLA, and Knowledge) of Service manager
User Administration and approvals
Configuring various integrations with SM
Experience in working with Database queries, scripting, and Java

Additional Requirements

ITIL Training.
VB Script/Java Script Knowledge.
SQL Database Knowledge.
Basic Windows/UNIX Admin Skills.
Should have worked on Integrations with Monitoring tools.
