Location - Mandalay Office & Dagon Seikan (Steel Factory)

- Able to handle other duties assigned by management
- Complete the Admin & HR requirements by scheduling , assigning employees and following up the results
- To manage and lead subordinates as a team and to motivate employees and support to implement company’s vision and value through effective HR strategy
- Manages the construction phase of the development process
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization’s administrative needs

- Prepare the monthly and weekly report
- Schedules and coordinates of all office administration related projects
- Responsible for other duties are assigned by Management
