• Plan, organize, and coordinate the operational activities related to the Human Resources (HR) and Administration.
• Support HR and Admin staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters
• Provide leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining
agreements
• Manage full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including workforce planning, placing advertisements, liaison with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on-boarding process
• Manage and Supervise closely with HR operation staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities
• Ensure all HR operation processes, such as leaves & attendances, salaries and remuneration, social welfare are aligned with Company Policies and Practices
• Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans
• Identify optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs
• Provide leadership and oversees personal information management system
• Analyze and develop HR monthly reports and annual reports
• Work as part of a project team for the implementation of Human Resource Information System
• Drive continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility
• Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by Management
Job Requirements
• Must have University Degree or on MBA will be a plus
• At least (3~5) years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration with a Management Position
• Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law. Thorough and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• Experience of using a HR system/database
• Strong Administrative skills
• Leadership Skill, Negotiation Skills, Problem analysis and solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English
• Good Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Ability to effectively work independently and be team focused
• Ability to plan own and staff work load effectively
• Ability to remain effective under stressful conditions
• Competent user of Microsoft Office, Adobe (Page maker , Photoshop), Internet and Email
