-Record and calculate the job record sheet/ overtime for operation workers.
-Arrange advance process travel and accommodation for employee.
-Establish management paper and documents.
-Establish and maintain important paper and administration records.
-Hold and manage the rental assess Key.
-Records (Delivery date and Return date) for rental access.
-Office Documentation.
-HR
Assist in Recruitment & Selection Process
Assist in Payroll Process.
Must be flexible and agile with the organization.
Must be active.
Must be able to perform the duties under Human Resources department.

Job Requirements

-Age under 35.
-Any graduated
-At Least two years in administration field.
-Good knowledge(Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint).

Working time: 9:00am ~ 5:30 pm
Working day: Mon ~ Fri
Sat (alternate)
Off day: Sun & Gazette holiday.
