2、负责新员工入职培训以及公司特定的培训项目的执行;
3、负责员工考勤、档案、合同、社保和个税缴纳,员工信息的维护,员工入职、离职、调职手续的办理;
4、负责执行员工的奖励和惩罚;
5、员工活动的组织等
6、组织每月员工绩效考核,组织低绩效员工面谈
7、行政事务(宿舍、车辆)的管理工作(管理下属1人)

1、大学本科学历及以上,精通中缅文,中文能为工作语言;
