Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

* Ensure application of all HR policies & regulations in a consistent manner and insisting that all employees follow the required Country’s labor law/ Company/health & safety legal guidelines without deviation.
* Ensured practical employee support, Employee relations, Performance procedures & cases & disciplinary actions and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* People Management, Data Entry Management, staff supervision and communicate expected goals from them and organizational and maintain personnel records
* Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
* Ensure all government necessary certified and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining accurate records.
* Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
* Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
* Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
* Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
* Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
* Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

Job Requirements

* Any Bachelor degree, Dip in human resource management and / or business admin.
* Minimum of 3+ years of HR function
* Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
* Performance review methods and techniques
* Staff training, development and recognition
* Experience with HR software
* Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
* Thorough knowledge of labor laws
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
