Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Arrange workplace arrangement and equipment, computer, working conditions for each department.
• prepare the uniform, employee card for all employees.
• Company car arrangement.
• Job arrangement to all the cleaners/driver.
• Definitely not paid the monthly charges electric bill, internet bill and etc..
• Maintain office supplies for department
• Arrangement the invitation letter, Transportation, hotel booking etc. to support visitor.
• Prepare & support necessary document for the visa extension and stay permit for foreign experts.
• Maintain contact lists, contract and office document etc..
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
• Minimum 1+ year of Admin function
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• At least basic English capability
SKILLS :
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication in English
• problem-solving skills
• Not required Disagree – this is the Admin Officers role is it not???Good computer, excel & typing skill
• policies and procedures – how is this a skill ???
• time management skills
