Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

(1) Main Functions
-Administer of HR & Admin related documents with company procedure
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
-Ensuring Employee background and reference checks are completed
-Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
-Administering new employment assessments
-Handling and updating for all stationary and fixed assets lists

(2)Support Functions
-Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
-Assist in the recruitment process
-Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
-Handling petty cash and clearance with Cashier

Job Requirements

-Graduated
-excellent skills in Microsoft office (Words,Excel,etc...)
-Must have team works skills
-PC literacy and good experience with MS office application
-prefer in intermediate English 4 skills.
-Prefer in holder of HR certificate
-Positive attitude
