Fixed assets control and record keeping. Office furniture arrangement. Hotel and air ticket arrange and visitor pick up and drop off arrange.HR Functions To assist with interview arrangement for recruitment function, and also to assist joining documents making for MDY new staff on-boarding; To support with monthly attendance record and leaves record for payroll; To support employee relationship functions towards healthy working atmosphere; To assist with clearance items check for resignation process; To carry out required ad hoc activities to support Head Office HR dept.
Any University Graduate ( those holding Diploma in Business Administration is value added )Minimum 2 year related work experience Must possess service mindCan communicate in both Myanmar & English languageHave computer literacyThose from Mandalay are encouraged to apply.
