Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Act as the HR department focal point for employees who need advice, information or support.

Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR-related documents.

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Contacts applicants’ references and performs background checks required by company.

Issuing Letter of Offer/Employment to the selected candidate.

Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.

Maintains employee records and paperwork.

Compliance effective with labor law (SSB, EC, Individual income tax).

Perform setup and implementation activities for clients.

Upload clients’ information to our system.

Report any onboarding issues and/or client issues to the Manager.

Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor degree holder.
Diploma or Certificate in HR management.
Good English communication skills.
Minimum (3) year of experience in HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
