What you will do

• Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, CVs, and applications

• Participates, communicates and arranges assessment before interviews

• Arranges and organizes the interview with HR manager

• Prepares offer letters and contracts for new employees

• Arranges orientation and training for the new and current employees

• Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and contracts and verifying completion

• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements

• Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential

• Keeps track of employee information

• Staff profile / database

• Maintains administrative and personnel files

•Support exiting staff with required HR documents

•Familiar with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures

•Organize general office administration and supplies

•Well organized in filing documents and closed monitor in collection and payment

What you are good at

● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in human resources related field or equivalent

● Understanding of local labor law

● 2-3 Years experience in working as HR generalist

● F & B background HR knowledge

●Excellent computer skills

● Excellent organization skills
