- Manage the entire employee life cycle within a territory.- Maintain and update job descriptions and person specifications for all positions- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance by implementing a performance evaluation process, and by training managers to effectively line manage and coach employees.- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures- Maintain HR record by retrieval system and keeping past and current records- Manage the exit process for all employees who leave the company. Conducts exit interviews to identify trends and suggest correctiveaction- Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services such as payroll, health & safety, and others as appropriate- Liaise with relevant HR teams to complete exit questionnaire processes. Compile and produce quarterly reports for the HR Team Leader and HR Manager to review for employee retention plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant HR work experience 3 years above- Working knowledge and understanding of best practice HR processes and operations around Remuneration, Benefits and HRIS; and regulations- Proven operational experience in HR manufacturing field.- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Burmese (advanced level) and English (intermediate level)- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and quick to learn new ideas, concepts and processes- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently when faced with tight deadlines- Must have working knowledge of computer skill and Finger Print Software System
