Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Human Resources  Assist the Branch Operation Manager and General Manager (on board) in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation, performance management, career planning, succession planning, and formulation of HR policy.
 Assist with dispute settlements in accordance with regulatory requirements and Heritage Line Indochina guidelines.
 Support exiting staff with required HR documents.
 Create and adjust HR/Admin official forms.
 Prepare and record labor contracts and offer letters for Myanmar Branch office and ships.
 Record and manage personal data of staffs / crews.
 Assist the Branch Operation Manager and General Manager (on board) in all preparation required for the delivery of workshops.
 Prepare monthly payroll sheet and pay-slips for Myanmar Branch office and ships.
 Prepare and submit regulatory documents to the relevant Authorities.
 Maintain employee benefit administration.
 Check and advise allowances for staffs.

Administration
 Support the application of visas to the relevant Embassy.
 Manage the cleanliness and security of Heritage Line Indochina office.
 Provide administrative support to company events / parties.
 Ad hoc tasks assign by the HR Manager and Branch Operation Manager.
 Manage administrative stock and office equipment.
 Manage the maintenance of office equipment.
 Monitor staff attendance and annual leave.

Supervising People
 Allocate and supervise the workload of direct reports, monitor and check for mistakes.
 Identify and address training and development needs.
 Provide responsible and timely feedback.
 Assist with the conduct of regular performance reviews.

Reporting
 Produce compliance reports on a monthly basis.

Continuous Improvement
 Identify areas for continual improvement across HR and Admin.
 Attend regular training courses / seminars / trade shows to keep up to date with the industry and global trends
 Keep others informed by sharing information.

 Well- organized and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE
 Tertiary studies in Human Resources or Business Administration
 Knowledge of labour regulations across all Heritage Line Indochina locations
 Minimum 2 years working experience
 HR and Admin experience essential (in a similar role and industry preferable)

SKILLS
 Good – Written and spoken English
 Good – Communication and interpersonal skills
 Good – MS Office
 Good – Time Management
