Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Responsible for conducting the staff inducting the staff induction plan to new staff and retains a qualified and diverse candidates pool at all times
 Draft letters and memos of HR related matters
 Ensure necessary documentation related to allowances, appointments and contracts are completed for all recruitment
 Supervise to maintain and update human resource related records, such as, staff list, updated qualification, eligible staff and dependents
 Manage in planning, organizing and making logistical arrangements for workshops, training corporate meetings and staff retreats
 Monitor and follow-up to ensure timely completion of Probation Review Reports and Performance Evaluation Reports for all staff
 Coordinate and collect feedback on learning events and presentation of results for review purpose
 Compile training requisition plans and follow up the training completed
 Propose external training budget regarding to the training plans
 Supervise and distribute assignments to HR Team
 Participate in the training on HR
 Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up file in on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll
 Liaise with management team to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion
 Perform other related duties and required
 Overall management of staff of HR Department including developing and managing department budget
 Provide supports to managers, supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
 Provide advice and assistance in preparing job descriptions (JDs) and KPIs in accordance with SOPs to make sure that required JDs and KPIs are in place
 Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
 Manage staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff and drafting offer letters

 Bachelor's Degree with MBA holding
 Age : 40 ~ 50
 Understanding of local labor law
 Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
 Must have 5-7 years of human resources general manager experience in a retail environment or similar
 Fluency in written and spoken Myanmar and English
 Attentive to detail and able to manage data
 Self-starter with good time management skills
