• Prepare vacancy announcement for Business Unit
• Analysis and reporting Updated Organization Structure and Manpower list send to Corporate HR.
• Analysis and reporting for employee Turnover list send to Corporate HR.
• Prepare Man Power Plan for the whole Business Unit.
• Vehicle maintenance and Building maintenance checking and plan do it.
• To perform the performance appraisal in Business Unit
• To Sharing update HR policy, Contacting to head office for HR Policy.
• Check and sign administration expenses in HR Dept
• Bonus Assessment Data filling in system and to make sure all complete Assessment report.
• Handling the staff Complaint, solving problem and reporting.
• KPI data presentation with actions plan to HR & Admin team members.
• Provide training schedule and updating the attendance register for employees.
• To establish HR Dept, plans and budget.
• Monitor, review and report KPI achievement of Business Unit
• Check and review the monthly Leave, Late and absent of Business Unit employees and take the action.

- ဘြဲ႕ ရျဖစ္ရမည္။
▪️ အသက္ 30 မွ 40 ၾကားျဖစ္ရမည္။
▪️ HR ႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ေသာ Diploma ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
▪️ HR Policies / Labors Law မ်ား ႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈရွိရမည္။
▪️ Computer ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
▪️ HR Manager ႏွင့္လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကံဳ 5 ႏွစ္ ရွိရမည္။
