Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Recruit new staffs for factory
- Conduct orientation
- Regular updating of company’s organization chart
- Develop and ensure all employees’ personal files are complete with the necessary documents e.g. application form, appointment letters, medical records, job description, leave forms etc.
- Assist in training administration
- Input and maintain employee information in HR System and Employee Update Database Perform monthly payroll, ensure compliance with local tax law and social security board (SSB), make sure OT submissions are appropriate and follow the standard procedures. Distribute pay slips, salary and OT to the employees on time. Also liaise with income tax officials and SSB officers.
- Track employee’s time cards regularly and input data to payroll system. Also track annual/ casual/ medical/ replacement/ unpaid leaves, and submit unpaid leave list to HR and in last week of every month
- Perform SSB process and make sure to submit the required payment to SSB office on time.
- Attend to and handle with confidentiality all matters pertaining to employees’ personal difficulties and problems. To ensure good employee morale and happy working relations in the respective companies by devoting more time to their needs and difficulties.
- Advise managers on meeting local labor legislation requirements so as to minimize the risk of exposure to legal actions and liabilities
- Handle petty cash for factory miscellaneous expenses
- Be in charge of the factory’s central stationery purchases
- Other suitable responsibilities assigned by the Management occasionally whenever required
