An Exciting Opportunity for ...

We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

HR Admin Manager responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities
1. Design compensation and benefits packages
2. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. KPI & OKR quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
3. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
4. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
5. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
6. Monitor HR department’s budget
7. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws in order to act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues,
8. Manage employees’ grievances
9. Create and run referral bonus programs
10. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
11. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
12. SSB & Income Taxes Declaration
13. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
14. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
15. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

Job Requirements

3. Honest, ethical, and dependable
4. Positive, go-getter attitude
5. Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
6. Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
7. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
8 3+ years management experience in HR
9. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs is plus
10. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
11. Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
12. Language neither English or Chinese fluently
