Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Supporting payroll information, attendance calculation, leave control.
- Assist in organizing performance appraisal program – yearly program.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with respective township Labour office for employment contract and Social Security Board for other related benefits of all employees.
- Prepare and maintain the Standard Employment Contract for all employees;
- Assist to organize employee orientation program and training program.
- Coordinating and assisting to other Departments for Human Resources Development,
- Must be able to supervise and coaching of subordinates related matters.
- Ensure the duties from time to time as per requirement of immediate supervisor.
- Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Updates job requirements when needed
- Contacts applicants’ references and performs background checks required by company
- Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education. May also advise on benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids.
- Covers all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
- Maintains employee records and paperwork
- Represents employer in community and recruiting events
- Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Sometimes manages committees on wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate with the age 25~35
- Preferable of diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Committed, responsible and willing to learn.
- Positive work attitude, team player and multi-tasking.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Basic English speaking and proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Able to type Myanmar Font very well.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years’ experience in related field.
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
