Job Description

1. Recruitment:
• Analyzing the job nature and requisition of manpower in line with the business planning of factory.
• Participating to compose, improve and ensure all procedures of the recruitment to be done in place.
• Making advertisement on all recruitment channels, researching CV in the internet, contacting head hunters and differentiate sources of manpower supply.
• Screening CV and conducting 1st interview, making short-list candidates and arranging interviews with head of department and director in charge.
• Making recommendations to General Manager for employing new staff after successful interview.
• Conducting reference checks with previous employers prior a job offer is made.
• Co-ordinating with IT department and Admin executive to set up working facilities for the new comers.
• Developing and updating job description for position in factory.
• Controlling cost in terms of recruitment effectively and ensuring to provide adequate mapower for company business.
• Being in charge of filling records, documents of HRA.
• Carrying out probation evaluation.
• Cooperating with purchasing department to issue safety wears for workers.
• Following up probation evaluation and making labor contract for new comers, renewal contracts.
• Asking and following up ATM card number and original labor card from new employee.
• Submitting the updaed manpower list to MJTD monthly.
• Paying montly SSB and personal income tax of factory and Thaketa staff to government
• Following up, inputing data and making the monthly report.
Others task as assignment.
-Personnel control and labor contract:
-Controlling personnel data from their officially-employed date to their resignation in terms of inputing and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all employees.
-Managing workers’s documents in terms of inputing employees data to file, arranging document to file.
-Preparing labor contract and following up for the renewal ones.
-Maintaining HR personnel database and reports as required.
-Preparing labor report and others to MJTD as requested.

Job Requirements

- Any graduated
- Prefer diploma or certificate of Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years experiences in same position with a foreign company or JV.
- Good understanding of current labor law.
- Good understanding of Labor Market and training programs related to company activities.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good presentation skill.
- Fluent English and computer skills.
