Recruitment and Training
• Be in charge of recruitment by placing adverts, researching CV from different channels, contacting headhunters & universities to have a good source of manpower supply;
• Conduct personality checks with previous employers before a job offer is made;
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Support and coordinate with Head office in organizing necessary training courses for staff (if any).
• Implement KPI in current old office and factory.
• Monitors and plans the appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
• Plan and draw the whole year training plan for factory and office of each department.
• Maintains and develops a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Prepares and plans the reports and recommends the procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Salary & Benefits & Employee Relation
• Follow up and in charge the attendance record, annual leave and other leave of staff.
• Calculate the management level payroll and be in charge of the operation staffs’ payroll.
• Update the Labor Law frequently.
• Settle the labour relations, labour disputes, disciplines, implementation of personnel transaction such as promotion, transfer, performance, review, and termination.
• Maintains and manages organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection, conduction and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes;
• Ensure all announcements, policies, regulations of the office to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented by them properly.
• Maintain and implement the management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Prepare and plan the budget of human resources operations and the whole year salary wages.
• Conduct and establish wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate for the factory.
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
• Advises and consults management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Manage and be in charge of employee fair ware program.
• Conduct, calculate and monitor income tax, SSB and group life insurance for both factory and office staffs.
Admin Tasks & Others
• Supports and manage the office for any administrative procedures.
• Be in charge of making visas, resident cards, work permits for staff or guests (if any)
• Be in charge of managing all office facilities maintenance.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
• Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, Myanmar policy on foreign investment & provisions for foreign investors living in
• At least 5-year experience in HR management, experience in factory or construction is preferable
• Have a good relationship with different recruitment channels.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Mature, well-organized, careful, integrity.
