Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Recruiting, Short listing and interviewing for all department
- Drawing Monthly/Yearly Budget for HR Department
- Drawing the benefits (Social welfare & staff affair)
- Set up Rule and Regulations & HR improvement (explain company benefits policies and procedure to employees)
- perform on manpower planning, manpower Budget, support of business objectives and corporate goals
- Manage the employee attendance & leave management & processing payroll.
- Review Employees’ performance.
- Managing and oversee employees SSB contributions and personal income tax calculation
- Orientation Program for new employee.
- Register the Employment Contract with Labour office
- Prepare the medical insurance policy
- Compensation and Benefit proposal, coordinate with Myanmar Company Policy, government policy as well.
- Managing budget for bonus and handled employee grievances, disciplinary procedures & suggestion Box
- Prepared the Employee Handbook
- Administrations (Overall management and apply the long -term stay & work permit for the foreigner)
- Have to arrange and connect with all of rental agent, for rent the apartment, housing, land, vehicle.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate or bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative and HR Management field.
- Knowledge of Distribution management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
- Must be fluent in English and must be good communication Skill,
