The Task at Hand:

• Welcoming guests to the building, arranging Meetings when necessary.
• Arranging catering for guests, meeting space and workshops.
• Taking phone calls on behalf of PLATFORM and correctly directing inquiries.
• Visa applications and submitting other formal procedures of office employees and freelancers when necessary.
• Arranging flights, accommodation and logistics as needed.
• In charge of the employee’s leave allowances and annual review dates.
• Managing office meeting space and running the meeting space calendars.
• Managing the office maintenance team and oversee all internal and external cleaning activities.
• Handling Project expenses and submitting them to the finance department for reimbursement.
• Supporting the finance and administration department with basic administrative tasks and data entry.

The ideal candidate has:
• A great personality and social skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Fluent English and Myanmar Language.
• Managerial skills such that you can oversee the above tasks within a team.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Exel).
• Basic data entry or finance entry knowledge.
