- Make decisions and plans based on changing conditions and current events
- To implement the process for necessary required activities
- Arrange the staff promotion, transferring, termination processes
- Preparing welcoming new employee for orientations
- Submit reports on general HR activity
- Arranging schedule meetings for interviews

- Minimum 1 years of HR experience, Requires the general knowledge of all HR functions
- Work under pressure.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have handle data with confidentiality.
