Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in HR administration tasks(recruitment , SSB contributions , employee training , events ).
Assist center manager in keeping team informed of all pertinent company and department information.
Organize the whole implementation of formal letters from both external and internal ( Drifting, Getting approval , Translation etc.）
Assist in planning company events, e.g. summer event, holiday dinner, etc.
Organize and maintain company files and references, including confidential files.
Assist in labor relations and have basic knowledge about labor laws.
Assist in office management.

Job Requirements

Chinese language skill is a must, and English skill is good.
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
