Job Description

The HR Assistant is responsible to
support daily HR activities, assisting in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. You will also be responsible to update data and run the mass HR administration processes
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, leave record, etc).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
Communicate with government authorities when necessary.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Job Requirements

*Graduated in any field.
* Minimum 2 years of experiences in human resources/administrative position
*Strong administration skills
* Strong communications skills
* Computer literacy (MS Office)
Age above than 25 years
