Submit employee data & attendance reports by preparing and analyzing data.Assist to establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.Assist in the processing of monthly payroll including overtime, leave, sickness absence,SSB and other.Any other task assign by the Manager and executive.
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum and other HR-related certificates are preferred At least 1 years’ experience in HR related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
