Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Assists the immediate supervisor in the development of the Human Resources Service Line
- Assists in the development of training plans & programmes for office employees
- Maintains the archiving system with data related to office personnel, training courses, leaves, CVs, etc.
- Assists in the organization of Human resources activities upon the approval from management
- Monitors and advises about local labour laws and assists the Local HR Head to implement these
- Advises the staff on performance issues
- Acts as a point of contact for human resources issues and complaints
- Controls and checks the time attendance software
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Global and Local Heads
- Provides assistance to the Human Resources Service Line as required
- Ensures that confidentiality is maintained at all times

Job Requirements

- University Graduate

-Between 20~25 age

-At least 1-2 years experience in related field

-Must have good computer literacy and good command of spoken and written in English

- More preferable have certificate in HRM
