We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Manager to join our team! As an Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet Business Unit's needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.
• Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
• Work with the different Business Unit’s HR Manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements which need to meet organizational goals.
• Able to perform local and international recruiting for any level of position.
• To manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
• Providing assist in managing company staff, including coordination and supporting the recruitment process, on-boarding process and employee retention.
• Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques.
• Process and track applicant job submissions.
• Manage recruitment databases, recruitment budgets.
• Developing good employee relations, industrial relations practices to support the HR function and continuing to develop open communication process with respective Business Unit’s HR Department.
