► Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies .► Support and services to the different department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, staff relations and performance management.► Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs► Supporting projects arising through the corporate and business strategic.► Preparing and registering employment contract at labor office.► Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Income Tax and Labor affairs.► Manage the recruitment and selection process.► Maintaining and regularly updating database (personal file, personal database, etc.).► Work to fill all vacancies in a timely, cost-efficient manner with the most qualified Candidates.► Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives organizational performance.
► University degree (or) more preferable with MBA holder (or) M.com (HRM)► 3 years and above experience in the HR field► Knowledge of HR systems, databases and MS Office.► Good active listening, negotiation, leadership skills and presentation skills.► Must be fluent oral and written communication skills in English.► Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadlines.
