• Responsible for payroll
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of deductions, leave and wages
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• Explain company benefits policies and procedures to employees
• Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans
• Process, verify and maintain personnel data and related documentation, classifications, information as addresses and employee leaves of absence
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
