Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures
• Plan, organize and control all activities of the department
• Implement department’s goals, objectives and systems
• Implement and update the compensation program
• Conduct reference checking
• Provide orientation training for department
• Conduct exit interviews
• Maintain records
• Participate in administrative and operational staff meetings and attend other meetings
• Provide training for junior HR staff and regional level HR staff
• Organize HR Committee meeting
• Comply Myanmar labor laws

Job Requirements

• Any graduated
• Must be above 5 years of professional experience in handling HR tasks in supervisory (or) management level
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
• Multi-tasking skill and good analytical skill
• Good communication and people skills
