► Assisting day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
► Maintaining Employee leave records.
► Communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
► Compile and update employee records.
► Assisting all recruitment process and HR activities.
► Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
► Other duties specified by HR Manager.

► University degree (or) more preferable with diploma in HRM
► 1 to 2 year experience in the HR field
► Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
► General knowledge of Myanmar employment laws and practices.
► Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).
► Strong Communication skill
