Responsibilities:

• Document learning programs to maintain a database.
• Source for external learning vendors for learning programs.
• Maintaining learning programs schedules & learning resources inventory.
• Register employees for learning courses.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for learning courses.
• Generate learning and post-learning report through evaluation survey findings.
• Collect and prepare Training Records and Hours.
• Organize Orientation Training Program with respective trainers.
• Compute learning participation rates in learning programs.
• Assist the required ad-hoc jobs the development of department.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Any Graduate with related Dip or Certificate in HR field.
• At least 1 year working experience in related field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication & Interpersonal Skills and Good Ethics (Diplomacy/ Courtesy/ Honesty)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
• Strong experience in using MS Office.
• Must have service oriented mindset.
• Prefer to have a creativity and adaptability character.
