Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1)TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT:
-Collaborate together with Recruitment and Selection Associate to shape and execute sourcing and development strategy for market employees, including sourcing, advertising, recruitment related programs, Internal recruitment, candidates screening, interviewing, assessments, etc.
2) SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT & TALENT REVIEW:
- Assist Talent Manager to perform the Succession Planning system and Career Management process via discussion with Line Management, present recommendations and run assessment to identify development gaps and needs of the key talents in the organization.
3) ASSESSMENT & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Assist Talent Manager to benchmark more effective and right assessment tool to diversify the usage of assessment, of overall Talent Management lifecycle if necessary develop multiple data measurement for JTI in line with development needs.
- Facilitate Performance Management (PM) in calculating best practices for MJT primarily in line with Dialogue system. Continuously assist Talent Manager in educating employees on PM whilst developing and implementing different strategies for top, middle and low performers.
4) LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
- Facilitate and execute program / process that is in-line with the development needs identified and ensure its alignment to corporate objectives, values and the required learning priorities.
- Work closely with Talent Manager in monitor process such as the efficiency and effectiveness of the programmes, trainers and vendors ensuring ROI as expected. Support and facilitate an effective learning and development programme that continuously improves employee capabilities and provides a tangible return on investment for the business. Support the employee educational assistance programme to encourage employees acquiring additional knowledge and professional skills. Responsible in conducting in New comers' orientation training.
5)EMPLOYER BRANDING/ HR COMMUNICATION:
-Assist & Execute employer branding activities and support the roll out of global and local employer branding initiatives/projects to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice.

Job Requirements

1) Education:
-High standard of University degree (required)
2) Experience:
-3-4 years’ experience of HR/Talent Management experience in a multinational company including minimum 2 years in Recruitment & Selection sector.
3) Languages & Skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills and exposure to HR SAP applications
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization (formally and informally)
4) Competencies
