Position Purpose (Group/ Corporate Office)
Responsible for ensuring HR & OD operations are executed smoothly among different business units/ corporate level standard as HRBP services providing within GoCs such as Coordination, Corporation, Consulting, Analyzing, Resolving, Communication with all Line Manager/ HoDs to express new ideas and suggest solution by aligning with company mission, vision etc to achieve the milestone and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with HoDs and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
Collaborate with colleagues in the HR & OD department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
Coordinate the staff performance for evaluation activities for direct reports and leads quality, accuracy, and timeliness objectives for support staff.
Write contracts, letters for probation, promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with respective department, business unit HoDs
Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum
Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, recreation, recognition and boost productivity
Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary
Interpret the human resources policy, SOP, work flow to company management if necessary
Conduct weekly/ monthly meetings and provide necessary to check in with each business units requirement of HR & OD matters
Assist to Head of HR & OD for any HR strengthening and strategies among all business units
Assist top management to collaborate with all the subsidiaries and departments if need
Job Requirements
HR degree/ diploma is a must and training/ tainer skills would be advantage
Age 30-35
Knowledge of HR all functions and its procedures, people management, Analytical, Demonstrable, Labour Law & Legislation, time management, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving mindset.
Minimum skills in office computer: Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Fluent English
