Business Partnering:
• Act as a strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support.
• Implement Group and local HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate an understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution.
Recruitment
• Work with business partners to meet their strategic resourcing needs.
• Work with Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment within the designated recruitment tool.
Career and talent development
• Conduct regular career development conversations with identified staff and work with line managers to follow up and realize plans.
• Conduct and consolidate the talent review process.
Learning and Development
• Collaborate with your L&D partner to support managers on training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees.
Performance Management
• Orchestrate Performance Management process in the assigned client group.
• Work with and consult line managers to address under-performers, provide opportunities for top performers
