Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for the people agenda within a specific unit by implementing the people plan. Regarded by the unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit

Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose

Execute HR Strategy: Execute actions that support the People plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit

Organisational Design & Development (OD&D): Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles. Support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs

Performance & Talent Management: Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. Support the talent review/calibration in customer unit, to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. Implement customer unit succession planning / talent management plans that support business goals. Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. Coaches others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies

Employee Engagement: Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices)

HR Organisational Alignment: Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions. Collaborate with CoE and CoS to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans. Provide objective and timely feedback to CoE and CoS on the quality of service to ensure the overall HR service to the business unit meets or exceeded agreed standards

Functional Development: Work as part of cross-functional / Nestle in the Markets CoE HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Utilize continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree Holder

- 8-10 years Work experience in Human Resources / HR BP

- Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred

- Familiarity with SAP HR processes & Understanding of HR Market Trends

- Exemplifies integrity which builds trust and practice high level of confidentiality

- Understanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics
