- Fully responsible for Recruitment Agency operation
- Understand clients business, requirements for ideal talents
- Share the position and requirements of clients to consultant
- Sending CVs to client and making follow up
- Post recruitment information on web-site, Facebook etc.
- Screen applicants based on clients requirements
- Interview potential candidates by face to face, by phone
- Prepare application documents
- Conducts reference check
- Coordinate and negotiate between candidates and clients
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

- Must have 2-3 years working experiences in any industry.
- Prefer to have Sales & Customer Service experience is advantageous
- Must have Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Must have Business Level in the English Language
- Strong Conversation Level in the English Language
- Prefer to have Conversation Level in Chinese or Thai language
