Job Area

Accurately issue pay to employees by calculating earnings and deductions in accordance with established practices and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems, directing the collection, calculation and entering the data.
• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving change in exemptions, deductions and job titles.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and nontaxable wages.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Any degree holder.
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in HR Payroll.
• Should be good at multi-tasking, flexible, good team player.
• Good in communication & problem solving skills.
• Computer literate-MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Email.
